Glenn was referred to us by a friend who has used his services twice. Glenn and I spoke on the phone prior to our scheduled inspection to give us a run down on what to expect. As a first time homebuyer, the detailed run down was very much appreciated because I was oblivious to what to expect during the home inspection.
Glen is also big on safety. He practiced social distancing the entire time of inspection, wore his mask, and even took his temperature before leaving the house to ensure he didn't have a Covid related fever. He is thorough with his report, which he sent to me the same afternoon. And he is readily accessible post inspection. Glenn was kind enough to call me to discuss some concerns I had about the property of interest after the inspection. His vast knowledge and consulatative approach caused me to refer him to my brother who was also happy and impressed with his services.

Glenn recently worked with us on the inspection of our new home which we are closing on this week. He was completely thorough and pointed out a bunch of things that we were able to get the seller to correct before we went to contract. Those corrections easily exceeded the cost of his services which are remarkably fair when compared to others that we got quotes from. Glenn delivered the 50+ page report that same day followed up with us days later to make sure we are all set. At one point my wife even called him while we were signing the contract at the Lawyer's office and he answered a few more questions for us! Customer service is off the charts, knowledge is top notch and couldn't ask for more diligent report. Glenn gets our highest recommendation.

I was referred to Glen past week I scheduled a last minute inspection one evening for the following day. He promptly sent me his contract and the next day at 12pm we had an appointment. Glen did a very thorough and professional job looking at the ins and outs of the house and pointing out all of the keys issues in detail down to the spacing between the railings for child safety. Another inspection had been done on the home, however it was nowhere near as detailed as Glen’s. I will be sure to remedy all issues and I can now budget accordingly. Thank you sooooo much Glen. New YorkWe engaged Mr. Heller's services to do a pre-sale inspection based on the experiences of friends who put their homes on the market, then got buyers who had their homes inspected only to find themselves scrambling to do repairs to complete the sales. We chose Mr. Heller based on reviews on Angie's List. We called to make an appointment and he showed up on time and inspected the house thoroughly. He took the time to explain in detail as he was going through the inspection and was very responsive to our questions. Later that day he submitted a comprehensive report by email. The report includes photos, ratings of areas and items inspected, as well as descriptions of all the recommended repairs or replacement. Mr. Heller was personable and professional and we highly recommend him.
