For the average size Home I generally require 2.0 to 3.0 hours on location for the thorough Home Inspection with an additional 3 to 4 hours when I return to the office to merge the Photo's and Narratives for the PDF report which I will deliver the very same day for you. Reports average 45 to 60 + pages depending on findings and Home size. Also included is the Termite Inspection Report NPMA-33 for you at no additional cost.
